So, when you call Cavalry Appliance Service, we’ll do our best to get you on the schedule quickly, perform a highly skilled diagnosis, and help you decide whether it’s best to repair or replace your faulty appliance.

And, since we treat our customers the way we treat the people we love most, we’ll never talk you into a repair that isn’t in your best interest.

But, we do offer a money back guarantee, expert service, insured technicians, a professional experience from start to finish, and we go out of our way to do the right thing for you. We also offer membership in our Cavalry Crest Club, where you pay once for a year’s worth of diagnostics!

  • Joseph Seeley

    Owner and Master Appliance Technician

    Director of Technical Operations

    With over 35 years of experience as a Master Appliance Technician, Joseph brings to the team a level of expertise that is rare in our industry. He isn’t often stumped by an appliance; but, when he is, he is relentless in his pursuit of an answer and will consult with manufacturers and his vast network of fellow professionals until he figures out the issue. His own words: “I get a rush whenever I fix something” mean that you are in good hands with the nerdiest of nerds when it comes to appliances. He loves what he does and he loves serving you!

  • Ginny Seeley

    Owner and Administrative Director

    Ginny works behind the scenes to manage the finances, marketing, web design, social media and networking for Cavalry Appliance. She holds a Master of Arts in Leadership and Management, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science.

    Ginny works full time managing the quality and safety for a hospital laboratory in Maryland and is an expert in quality and process improvement and human factors. She accomplishes all she does for Cavalry Appliance and Highland Business Center & Coworking Space outside of regular work hours.

  • Shelby Taylor

    Office Manager

    Shelby came to Cavalry Appliance Service after several years in the food and beverage industry, where customer service is paramount. She also has experience with managing teams, hiring, onboarding and human resources. Shelby is usually the first person our customers come in contact with and we appreciate that she answers the phone with a smile and is always ready to help our customers solve their appliance issues quickly and efficiently. She is the mastermind behind all of our service call routing, scheduling, and keeps our office running smoothly.

  • William Bannister

    Appliance Technician

    William came to Cavalry Appliance Service from the automotive parts retail industry, but we specifically selected him to train as an Appliance Technician Apprentice because of his exceptional character. We met Will through his volunteerism with Boy Scouts of America and we are consistently impressed with his helpful, cheerful and eager-to-learn spirit. William began as an apprentice with consistent one on one training with Joseph and was promoted to Appliance Technician in December, 2023. He does an amazing job caring for our customers and has embraced the same spirit of tenacity and problem solving as his teacher.

We will provide a four hour window upon scheduling and they will also call when they are on their way, so you know to expect them.     Joseph, Cavalry’s Co-Owner and Master Technician has been servicing appliances since summer of 1988! He began his career in a busy, metropolitan area where he spent over thirty years working on every type of appliance-you could say he has “seen it all!”. He passed a rigorous certification exam to become a master appliance technician, a level of expertise held by very few in his field. With Cavalry Appliance, you can count on the fact that you have the very best at your service. If our technicians can’t figure something out, they may consult with Joe or our vast network of industry professionals that we have built a relationship with.

    Although we do our best, we recognize that we aren’t perfect.

    If our repair fails and we can’t correct it, we’ll remove any parts we installed and completely refund what you paid in parts and labor.

    UPDATE: As of May 1, 2022, we have added an additional layer of protection for our customers! We will now fully guarantee any parts purchased through a repair by us for the life of the appliance. That means that, should the same issue occur again, you will not be charged for the same part twice!

    Note: Diagnostic fee and labor for repeat failures outside of the initial 90 day labor guarantee will be charged at our standard rate. This only applies to parts purchased through Cavalry Appliance Service, not customer acquired parts.

  • FREE Appliance advice and guidance.

    We’ll happily offer the same FREE appliance advice and guidance we would offer our loved ones. If you have a question, give us a call and we will get back to you as soon as possible to offer our expert advice about purchasing decisions and whether it would be smarter to repair or replace your appliance. We value honesty over everything else and won’t suggest a repair that we wouldn’t suggest to our friends and family. If it’s in your best interest to replace your appliance, rather than repair it, we’ll let you know!
